All the rooms are doubles or twins and there are also several family suites. The rates vary according to the time of year, the size of the room, and the location. A single rate is offered during the week on most of the rooms.

Minimum two and three night stay discounts are available between Sunday and Thursday for certain periods. For further details please contact us.

Rates include VAT and a continental buffet breakfast.

All bedrooms are en suite and non-smoking, with minibar, telephone, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities.

Check-in from 2pm unless by prior arrangement, check-out 11:00am (11:30am on Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Limited private parking nearby is usually available when reserved in advance at £10.00 per night This parking is available for hotel guests use only.

The Hotel Restaurant is no longer open for lunch and dinner. Reception will be happy to make reservations for you at one of the many restaurants within easy walking distance or a taxi ride from Bath Place.

We accept all major credit cards excepting American Express, payment by cheque must be supported by a cheque guarantee card, and only Sterling Travellers cheques are accepted. Please see below for booking conditions.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

To confirm a booking of less than three rooms:
At the time of reserving, either details of a credit card must be given in lieu of the deposit of £50.00 per room, per night, or the deposit must be paid in cash or by cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS FORTY EIGHT HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Cancellations made within forty eight hours of arrival date, (not arrival time) will incur full charges unless the accommodation can be re-let. Reservations of more than two nights will be charged in full for the two nights and all subsequent nights will be charged the deposit fee of £50 per room per night.

CANCELLATIONS SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE
Reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival date will be charged the daily deposit fee of £50 per room per night for all nights booked up to the maximum of seven days.

BLOCK BOOKINGS
To reserve three or more rooms the standard deposit, must be paid in full one month before arrival date. Cancellation within twenty-one days of the arrival date will incur full charges.

DISCOUNTED BOOKINGS
If following confirmation, the number of rooms or nights originally booked are reduced the discounted rate will no longer apply and the standard room rates will be applied.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
When accommodation is reserved by a third party, the cancellation charges automatically become the responsibility of the third party.

PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT
Bookings for payment on account will not be confirmed until The Hotel has received from the third party/company, acceptance of full liability for the payment, and or cancellation charges where due, of all the accommodation reserved. Accounts must be settled within seven days of date of invoice.

Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the above conditions. All amendments or cancellations must be made in writing, cancelling by telephone is not acceptable. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made verbally or in writing, constitutes a legal contract between themselves and Bath Place Hotel. Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced but charges may be waived if the accommodation can be re-let.
